We provide access to AI large language models (LLMs) through our API infrastructure, powered by third-party model and platform providers. Our services include:

We act as an intermediary between you and the underlying model providers. Your data may be processed by our systems as well as our third-party infrastructure and model providers.

- API usage credentials and authentication tokens

5. AI prompt & input data
5.1 Transmission to downstream providers
When you submit a prompt, it is transmitted to our third-party API infrastructure and AI model providers for processing. By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to this transmission. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our upstream service providers.
5.2 Logging
We may log API requests, including input prompts and model outputs, for operational purposes such as debugging, abuse prevention, and billing verification. Logs are retained for a limited period and access is restricted to authorized personnel.
5.3 Sensitive information
Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, financial data, health information, or any data regulated under GDPR, HIPAA, or PDPA through our API unless you have separately established a data processing agreement (DPA) with us.
5.4 No training on your data
We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our own AI models. For upstream provider training practices, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

Prompts are processed by third-party AI model providers under their own privacy policies.
Service providers
Trusted vendors for payment, hosting, analytics, and support — bound by confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect user safety.
Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice provided.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your active account, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. API request logs are typically retained for 90 days. Account information is retained for the duration of your account and thereafter as required by law.
